· Staff members will determine how to resolve machine errors, system problems, or account discrepancies in a fair and consistent manner.
Alcohol Policy:
Guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages in accordance with all applicable state and local laws. To ensure safety for everyone, guests must arrange reliable, sober, and non-intoxicated transportation before consuming alcohol on the premises.
Our staff and security team are available to assist with transportation resources if needed.
Violations of this policy—including attempts to drive while intoxicated, as determined by staff or security—may result in:
- Immediate withdrawal of B.Y.O.B. privileges
- Permanent removal from the premises
- Notification to local authorities if necessary
